I tried your diet with a couple of friends recently and we got amazing results. In 7 weeks I dropped from 12% bodyfat down to just 5%! and my friends had similar results.
Since then almost everyone I know is asking me what the 'secret' is and how I managed to get so ripped, so I just refer them to your page and now there are probably 20 more people I know doing it.
